Shipping policy

Free U.S. Shipping for all orders over $100 USD except when exclusions apply. Shipments with excluded items (such as the Kapwa Tarot) will include free shipping for all items except the excluded items.

Shipping and Delivery Times for In-Stock Items

All orders will be sent via USPS or UPS with tracking. Please allow up to 2-4 days to process your in-stock orders and up to 12 days for delivery throughout the United States and up to 3 weeks for delivery to Canada. Shipping to Canada is through USPS. International shipping (except for Canada) is through USPS, UPS or DHL. Please allow up to 40 days for international shipping.

A tracking number will be available as soon as your product is ready to ship to you.

VAT, Customs Fees, and Unclaimed Orders

Buyers are responsible for all VAT and Customs Fees. Unclaimed orders that are returned and non-payment of VAT and Customs Fees resulting in unclaimed orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. Refunds may be made by exception, minus the the original shipping fees paid. The buyer is responsible for any customs or tariff fees, if there are any. Please check with your country's customs office before you buy. Customs form will show the actual value of the contents, as required by law.

Shipping and Delivery Times for Custom Handmade Garments and Items

Our products are handmade by partner artisans throughout the Philippines. Please allow up to 6-12 weeks for the production and delivery of your item to the United States and Canada. While custom orders may arrive sooner than 6-12 weeks, occurrences of natural disasters in the Philippines (earthquakes, volcano eruptions, typhoons, and the like) may affect our shipping times (see "Force Majeure" on our legal policies.)

Returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Contact info@narrastudio.com to request a return or exchange. Returned and exchanged items should be mailed within 14 days of approval to: Narra Studio LLC, P. O. Box 20873, New York NY 10023, United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance or one of our free pre-paid return labels.

Rush Orders

For in-stock items, we can provide rush shipping including FedEx, UPS, and DHL based on Narra Studio approval and pre-payment of priority shipping fees by the client. For custom garments and items, we can provide rush orders with lead times less than 10 weeks, but this depends entirely on our production schedule. All rush orders must first be approved, prior to ordering. International shipping fees may apply to rush orders.
