IN-STOCK ORDERS

Most in-stock orders ship from our New York City studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by the carrier begin once your order has shipped and do not include our 2–4 business day processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. Depending on the item and destination, orders may ship from our New York or Manila studio using trusted international carriers such as DHL or FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country's customs authorities or carrier. Unless otherwise stated for your order, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to predict or control charges assessed by customs authorities.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM GARMENTS

Made-to-order and custom garments have their own production timelines and do not follow our standard 2–4 business day processing time. Your estimated timeline will be provided with your order.

For made-to-order garments produced in our Manila studio, shipping to Narra Studio in New York is included, and there are no additional international shipping or customs charges to the client for this portion of the shipment.

If you choose to have your garment shipped directly to another address, additional shipping charges may apply. International shipments sent directly to a client may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

Once your garment is complete, we'll provide or confirm the applicable delivery arrangements for your order.

Expedited shipping and rush production are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

DELIVERY & ADDRESS ISSUES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
