WHAT IS A BARONG TAGALOG?
The Barong Tagalog is the Philippine national formal garment, known for its sheer fabric and intricate embroidery. Our heirloom barongs use fine, prized fabrics traditionally reserved for formal wear.

DETAILS
Sizing: Made to your measurements
Make: Cocoon silk with hand-guided embroidery and hand-finished detailing
Fit: Includes a complimentary camisa de chino (the traditional undershirt), worn untucked 
Care: Hand wash cold and air dry flat, or dry clean. Steam gently or iron on low heat with a pressing cloth
Timeline: Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for completion. We recommend ordering 3-5 months before the event. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering.

HOW TO ORDER
Online: Place your order and we'll contact you to confirm your measurements and event date before production begins. Ships to you or can be picked up at our NYC studio.
In person: Book an appointment at our NYC studio to see the fabric and embroidery, explore options, and have your measurements taken.

GOOD TO KNOW
Custom colors and embroidery are available for an additional fee, as are additional fittings and alterations at our NYC studio. Because each piece is made for you, all sales are final.
