Handwoven in Maguindanao, this malong features the Lumbayan pattern, rendered in an elaborate symmetrical arrangement of geometric and curving forms.
WHAT IS A MALONG?
A malong is a traditional Filipino tube garment, worn as a wraparound skirt, dress, shawl, or even a sleeping mat. Versatile, breathable, and rooted in Mindanao weaving tradition.

Lumbayan is a traditional Inaul motif characterized by an ornate central form surrounded by symmetrical geometric and curving details.

SIZING
One size. Approximately 50" in height and 38" in width, measuring approximately 76" around when opened. Worn by wrapping, tying, and folding, adjustable across body sizes and styles.
