WHAT IS A TERNO BOLERO?
The terno is the Philippine national dress, known for its signature butterfly sleeves. A terno bolero wears those sleeves as a standalone layer, placed over dresses, camis, or fitted tops to create a distinctly Filipino silhouette.

Embroidery: Sampaguita motifs, handcrafted in the Philippines
Care: Hand wash cold and air dry flat, or dry clean. Steam gently or iron on low heat with a pressing cloth

Most Filipiniana and Barong fabrics have little to no stretch, and fit can vary depending on the cut, fabric, and how you prefer to wear your clothes. If you're between sizes or prefer a little more ease, we generally recommend sizing up.

HOW TO MEASURE

For the most accurate fit:

Measure over the undergarments you plan to wear with the garment.
If possible, have someone else take your measurements.
Keep the measuring tape comfortably snug, not tight.
For bust/chest, waist, and hips, keep the tape level and parallel to the floor.
