WHAT IS A TERNO BOLERO?
The terno is the Philippine national dress, defined by its signature butterfly sleeves. A terno bolero isolates those sleeves into a standalone layer, worn over dresses or fitted tops to add a distinctly Filipino silhouette.

• Have a friend or partner take the measurements (or a local tailor!)
• Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight, with the tape parallel to the floor for hip, waist, and chest measurements.
